Top notch, the best dealership experience in my life. People treat you with respect and remember your name. Rain, our salesman, is amazing and guides you through the entire buying process (which took not even half as long as other dealerships). Jerret in service is amazing. We now bought 4 Volvos here and we won’t go anywhere else!!!
The Volvo Service Department is great. They get me in quickly and address my concerns. Jarrett is the best. Currently going through a few issues with my S90 after 3 years and 30k miles but mostly due to factory issues showing up and Findlay Volvo and Volvo HQ have been nothing but accommodating. Strongly recommend them.
