JJ was very polite,knowledgeable and Helpful to a senior citizen lady. Explained Clearly what repairs were needed and the pricing was very fair. Appreciate his honesty. Work was completed in a timely manner. Drove to our home in Camp Verde and My Subaru seems to be fine. Some problems with parts, but we were compensated. Best advertising is word of mouth and you have mine!

I had a very disturbing experience on Tuesday, when taking my car in for service. as a senior citizen with health issues, I am very cautious about exposure to all infections. The website clearly states that all employees will be wearing masks as well as many other precautions they are taking.as I was waiting for my car, I became uncomfortable because many employees were not following the dealership's stated policies. Salespeople are friendly and easy to work with. Had a problem with the fuel pump, got a new loaner and changed the part and received my car within a few short days good as new. Great service with a true family atmosphere. Thank you. Love Findley Subaru
