Findlay Subaru is very customer oriented. I am a newer customer and have been very pleased to-date. some highlights include how thoroughly they work with you to learn your Subaru and its technology. there is a lot so there is a learning curve. my first maintenance identified an issue with my front break calipers. They got me a loaner while the parts came in and same type vehicle. Great service support by Robert!
Their service was beyond reproach.

Just can’t say enough about our experience at Findlay Subaru Prescott! Our sales person Joe was so easy to deal with! Our encounters with all departments have been just great! We traded our Ascent in on a smaller Outback! We have loved all our Subaru’s of course but we’ve worked with other dealerships through the years! What a great experience from the minute we drove onto the lot till the time we drove off the lot with our new Subaru Forrester. Not expecting to buy a new car right away we were offered a great deal and knew the time was right.
