They took care of a recall for my subaru involving the Tacata airbags. Went above and beyond for my safety and were very hospitable when I arrived offering beverages and borrowing me a loaner car while they fixed mine. They also put clips on the inside of my tire well to secure my bumper from blowing in the wind. Hands down best experience ever! Thank you Subaru team.
They are very quick to come to your car as soon as you drive up! They are very caring and explain everything that is going on so you don’t waste your time.
The customer service here is always phenomenal. I don’t always enjoy having to get work done on a car but Findlay Subaru makes it a great experience every time! Even if you don’t have a Subaru, consider them for oil changes and other maintenance!
