They don’t work with you they don’t care and they make it clear. Sold me a car with faulty parts I am already having to put as much money in the car as I bought it for not worth it

My car salesman was John Board. I called interested in a 26 Kia Sportage Hybrid SXP with an offer from another dealership and John fought for me to get it matched at his dealership(I will not disclose the amount). John not only was professional and attending to whatever I needed, he did not BS me at all. He could not have done a better job. He picked me up from the airport(I purchased from out of state), bought me water, offered me food, and made sure I was well informed and understood the process. I contacted them made a deal the car had some dents they sent it to the body shop and the call everyday makes appointment plus more than one person was talking to me and many different offers I contacted a lender and get a loan and they run my credit after that they said the car sold so it's wasting time and messing up my credit score
Will never purchase a car here again. They should be just as helpful in the process of buying a car as when you need information for a total loss vehicle . Everytime i have called to speak to a finance manager or buisness advisor no one answers. They tell me to leave my information and someone will call back a week goes by and i dont hear nothing . NOT HELPFUL at all unless youre buying a car.
