This is a dealership full of deceitfulness and lies... Shame on me for buying 2 cars from them. Problems within 24hrs after purchase of a new Fiat. For 3 months, i was told that they were going to help, they didn't .... the lies continued.. Last week, i traded in the Fiat with less than 300 miles to another dealership. Avoid this dealership. These guys are incredibly shady. I paid cash for a 2006 Audi from them in November, 2014. After purchasing, the car failed the initial smog test and I could therefore not get it registered. The repairs necessary to fix the smog were north of $2,000 and this was on a car I JUST BOUGHT a few weeks earlier. When I initially complained, Findlay failed to meet me halfway and get me a passing smog. When I brought my lawyer in, they panicked and finally repaired the car and gave me a passing smog so I could finally register my car.... read more
These guys make buying a car a joy, not a headache. They go above and beyond what great customer service is. Thanks guys, i love my 2015 Fiat, will never own another car.
I have done business with them for over 3 years. But as of this week I will no longer do any buisness with findlay fiat. The sales rep along with online sales manager chris P. And lorenzo were rude pushy and con artists. . They spoke to me like I was a idiot. I will never get a car from findlay fiat again !!!!
The service people are very nice. Just wish I didn't have to be here so often.
