Mark the service writer at the dealer is on point and always straight forward. Easy to accommodate my request for service appointment. If there is one thing I could recommend with this dealer is that they should hire another service writer. Mark needs help cus he is the only service writer on duty. He still gets the job done it’s just that sooner or later he will be overwhelmed and service will suffer.
Excellent service experience. I was explained why my wrench light came on and that I needed an air filter change and why I needed it. Love this dealership.

I bought my Fiat and bought a Fiat for my granddaughter just over a year ago and I've been very happy with it. Mark in the service department is the best he's always willing to go above and beyond to help get my oil changed and any other service I need

Jason and Cliff down at Findlay Fiat made buying my first car so simple! Everybody was very friendly and treated me like I was the most important person in the building. They helped me pick out a little Fiat 500 and I am in love! I would definitely come here again.
