Disappointed that the poor reviews were true. Scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Completed the pre-approval process online prior to the appointment. Showed up for the appointment only to find they had sold the vehicle I was scheduled to look at. I consider it inconsiderate and unprofessional to not contact me prior to the appointment to provide me with this information.

Inquired about a used van. Got a text reply and they said they’d get me info. No reply that day so I texted and someone said they will be with you shortly. No reply that afternoon and the next day. Just poor communication and customer service.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My husband contacted them about looking at a Ford Expedition Max that was on the lot. He emailed back and forth a couple times with a salesman. We told him we had a car to trade in. My husband offered to take pictures to send to the guy to get an estimated value on our vehicle due to the fact that we live over an hour away. He didn't want pictures sent. Just wanted to see it in person which I do understand in a way but the guy never got back with us. Just stopped responding to the email. ... read more
