It took all day to get serviced. And they cranked up the bass way too loud on the sub so the lowest setting is obnoxiously bass heavy. Instead of fixing it they advised me to turn down the bass on the stereo, which changes the sound considerably inside the car. I can't reach the knobs because the driver seat must be removed to access the amp. I honestly don't like the sound, after dropping $1400 there and I'm stuck with it. I would not recommend it.
