They are very deceiving and scamming. I went with Travis Shipley to purchase a home. the sellers were using the Shipley team, as well. The home had been for sale for a good while (almost 2 years I think). When I decided to make an offer Travis came back and told me that they had another offer and that I needed to go higher.
