To call these guys shysters & ripoff artists is an insult to shysters & ripoff artists. I bought a car from Gil at Financial Claims & Servicing and he purposefully withheld that the frame was almost completely rusted through. The rust was covered with masking tape and then painted over in an attempt to intentionally & deliberately hide & conceal the true condition of the car. Buyer beware, but better to just avoid completely.
