Overrated – The desserts were ok... definitely not the best I've ever had, and they were highly over priced.

Huge HUGE disapointment – I loved the idea of this restaurant, and had high expectations. I expected a wait since I went after a show; I expected it to be worth it. The service was not only drearily slow but also very run-of-the-mill, much like that of an Olive Garden or other generic chain restaurant. The server seemed rushed, lackluster, unengaged with her job and her guests, and not well educated about the menu. The drinks came well after the main dessert. Dessert Disappointment – When we first stepped into Finale, away from the freezing cold, we asked the host for a table we spotted away from the door. "Sorry, that is for a table of six" he said and we took the foursome by the door. We then watched as the party of four behind us was seated at the table we requested away from the freezing cold air. End your date with a grand Finale – Well worth the line, Finale is the best dessert place in town!! Now that they serve light dinners too, it's an all around 10!

A PLACE FOR MATURE TASTES – I WENT TO FINALE TONIGHT AND WHAT I HAVE HEARD IS TRUE" WORTH THE WAIT". YES, MORE PRICEY THAN A SLICE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE. BUT THIS IS NOT A SLICE OF CAKE PLACE. FINALE TAKES DESSERTS TO A NEW LEVEL. THOSE OF US WITH MATURE TASTES CAN SAVOR THE TASTES AND FLAVORS. THIS IS A TRUE EXPERIENCE. OUR SERVER SHAWN WAS OUTSTANDING, THE PORT LIST IS THE BEST IN BOSTON. EVERYWHERE WE TURNED THERE WAS A SMILE. THANKS FINALE, CANT WAIT TO COME BACK.

NICE ENDING – OR NICE BEGINNING TO . LIFE;'S TOO SHORT EAT DESSERT FIRST THEY SAY. TEH DESSERT'S HERE ARE DECADANT. THE CORDIALS AND DRINKS WONDERFUL. VERY ACCOMODATING. MUST TRY.

not worth the price – i've been to finale twice, and overpaid both times. the desserts are ok, i could make a better cake at home and not spend $50. my advice would be to save your money and go to a nice dinner where the desserts are comparable. the atmosphere is great though.

Disappointed – After wanting to try Finale for over a year, I finally had the opportunity to go. Unfortunately, the service was less than stellar, and the dessert selections were actually not beyond what I have seen at many nice bistrots. The creme brulee was fantastic, but the molten chocolate only fair. Also, even though we were there at the early hour of 7pm, many selections were already gone!
