Recently purchased a new home in Matthews and contracted with Final Touch to manage maintenance as well as weed and feed regimen. After about a year of service I am happy to share that my lawn is the healthiest appearing of all my neighbors. I am especially happy with the weed and feed regimen because I elected not to purchase an in ground irrigation system and avoided supplemental irrigation all during the summer saving significant dollars in water purchases. Unfortunately, I had to terminate service due to timely work completion and follow through on a service agreement. I, in good faith, prepaid the service agreement. I honored the 90 day termination window and notified them as concerns started to occur. The end result is they owe me close to $4k and will not return a text, phone call, or email. Be carefully and think twice.
We are loyal customers of Final Touch, with good reason. Our yard has the greenest grass on our street. I always get a quick response when I have a question. We are proud to have them working for us.
