5 Star : Likely to Recommend Highly recomend you to anyone. 4 Star : Repair Quality My truck came in with damage to bumper, tailgate and quarter panel. Did such an EXCELLENT job!! I'm really happy except for the time it took. It took 6 weeks. Twice the manufacturer sent the wrong parts but your customer service rep kept me up to date of what was going on. When I first called I was told it would be 2 weeks to get it in which was fine. 2 days later it after the shop out in the estimate from the insurance company it was a month to get it in. Then the week before we were supposed to bring it in we were called wanting to push it back even further.
