4 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I feel like communication throughout the process could have been a little better. I had to call a few times for updates. I am happy with the repair, I can't tell it was ever damaged, and they cleaned it up well after it was finished. 4 Star : Customer Service Staff seemed friendly. Would have preferred more communication throughout the process but I understand they had other things going on at the same time. 5 Star : Returned Clean

They never told me there were additional items found damaged on my vehicle after they began and no one let me know what all was repaired. The vehicle took longer than expected and no one called me. I did receive 2 calls at the end when it was time to come pick it up. 4 Star : Returned Clean
