Avoid this place. I gave a deposit on an apt early July and was told I could not see it because it was dirty. I paid rent and moved in 2 weeks later at the end of July so they had 2 weeks to get the apt ready. I moved in and the outdoor private patio I was told it would have don’t exist. The ac was broken and the place was filthy. I spoke to Justice about this and was told a manager would call me which has never happened. My other apartment I moved out of was rented out as of 8-1. A bunch of "I just work here" type of people. Never once investigated why a water bill grew 300% in one month. I don't even feel confident in their ability to fix the thinks I know is wrong with the place. They don't care. Never rent from these people.
