Avoid this property management. I paid a $600 deposit, half of which was non refundable. I had no pets or additional people living with me, paid my rent on time every month, and shampooed the carpets when i left, per my lease agreement. I also provided the receipt when I left. There was no major damage to the unit, aside from holes in the walls from hanging curtains. Avoid this place. I gave a deposit on an apt early July and was told I could not see it because it was dirty. I paid rent and moved in 2 weeks later at the end of July so they had 2 weeks to get the apt ready. I moved in and the outdoor private patio I was told it would have don’t exist. The ac was broken and the place was filthy. I spoke to Justice about this and was told a manager would call me which has never happened. My other apartment I moved out of was rented out as of 8-1.
