Purchased my second RO system from these folks. When installing it found the tank was larger than what the advertised size shown on their web site. Called to see about getting the correct size so that it would fit in my cabinet was told tuff that was the size the factory sent and they would not try to make right. Rudest woman I have ever talked business with. They have my money so as far as they were concerned screw me.
