I used to love coming here, but they last few months the standards have completely fallen. They mix up my order nearly every time, they make drinks of people who were in line after me before serving the people who were there first, and today I ordered the bagel and lox and it was literally all thrown into a box and handed to me. We come here all the time... we are realtors with reece nichols snd bring our clients often. have always loved it and have been treated well. However today the guy associate who took our order was very rude! Won't be back and will inform our clients.

Just had a sandwich on faccioa that was hard as a rock. If I hadn't gotten it to go I would have returned it. Won't be eating there again!
