I have always been afraid of the dentist, but then who isn't?! But that all changed when I first stepped foot into Preferred Dental last year. The administrative staff, the assistants and even the dentists themselves are very caring. If I anyone were ever to ask to me refer a good dentist, I wouldn't even hesitate or have to think twice, it would be Preferred. I had a dental emergency - 2 cracked teeth from stress. A friend referred me to preferred dental care. I got an appointment the same day. For being an awful experience, every part of it was pleasant. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienists, to the dentists - everyone was kind, professional and great at their jobs. They seemed to be happy to be there. They made a very rough and physically unpleasant experience - almost enjoyable. I was very impressed - and grateful.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the facility. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was clean. There were no long waits; most facilities overbook appointments and it takes half a day to complete your visit. I recently had a root canal. The endodontist was very thorough, clear and concise. She walked me through the entire procedure before starting. She was very skilled and took extra care. I will continue to use this for facility for all of my dental needs.

The staff is friendly and polite and the environment calm and positive. The dentist was gentle when doing the examination. I really have a positive experience. I will continue having dental services in this place.

Always a positive experience when I visit Preferred Dental. I feel the very staff really cares. Just had my first gum scaling and was a bit nervous about the procedure -- the process was very gentle and I was much relieved! On the road to better dental health -- cleaner gums and teeth, thanks to Preferred Dental.
