Few people look forward to a visit to the dentist. I certainly do not. Yet the workplace environment, specifically the positive attitude of the staff, makes Preferred Dental an enjoyable experience. It seems as if that attitude is something that they look for in new hires. Either that, or the staff gets some insightful training to increase their happiness, and, in turn, their patients experience. I have lived in NYC for 12 years now and seen several dentists over the years...many of whom I felt were not very personable or professional. Preferred Dental could not be more different. They are so genuinely friendly and professional it's really refreshing. The office is very clean, appointments run on time and the staff was wonderful. I will be back.

Preferred Dental Care has a great staff of dentists and coordinators! Pleasant caring people who make coming to the dentist less of a hassle is a real convenience in this city. They know what their doing and they do it quickly and expertly.

Every experience I've had with Preferred Dental has been great. I'm greeted when I arrive. The hygienist, Irene is always cheerful and makes my smile perfectly clean. The office is well organized. Billing and insurance is handled very professionally. Preferred Dental is a well run business. The staff is friendly and well educated in all forms of dentistry. I've always felt well cared for from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave the office. Thanks for a wonderful and convenient service.
