I love the way I am greeted, treated, and how my treatment is explained to me at each visit. I am an apprehensive patient, and Preferred Dental Care has eliminated my anxiety entirely. The staff is well trained, compassionate and professional; from the receptionist, to the dentists...everyone there knows how to treat patients. The state of the art equipment is amazing!

Excellent service, very clean. And very good staff They take very good care of you. At times they can be a little pushy but mean well. My dental health is a lot better since my first visit about three years ago.

I have always been very happy with the actual dental care I have received at this practice, however, the general decorum of the office leaves a bit to be desired. My appointments consistently begin upwards of 30-45 minutes later than their scheduled time. The front desk employees are pleasant but I find that I am ignored when I walk in until the current conversation occurring between the billing and reception employees is complete, which I find unprofessional for a healthcare facility. Irina and Jason were absolutely wonderful. I was scheduled for part 1 of a deep cleaning. Jason remembered my name, was polite and professional, but also welcoming and friendly. Irina is capable, thorough and very sweet. She explained what she was doing and what I should expect in the coming days. The appointment started and ended as scheduled which, for me, is incredibly important. I travel quite a bit and managing my time is key.
