very professional and straight forward
i was nervous about going to the dentist but had faith that they would be conscientious about safety, otherwise, they'd be putting themselves at risk too. i was pleased to discover that they all wore masks and plastic face shields, they also had plexiglass shields on all the desks. and they had these UV air sanitizing machine thingies set up everywhere. they also asked questions and took digital temperature readings before allowing me in to be seen. it certainly felt far safer than going to the supermarket, which i do once a... read more

Very thankful to Jelissa and her staff for a great experience. From the beginning Jelissa showed that she cared. I sent her a text on Sunday in the evening and she replied back, telling that I could have gone in on Monday morning, due to work I was not able to. She got me an appointment for Tuesday; I usually get very nervous when it comes to doing any type of dental work. Probably the largest dental office I've ever been to, which makes same week appointments and good sanitation measures possible during a pandemic. The interior looks renovated and inviting. Small waiting area has lack of seating right now, reasonable given current times. Highly appreciate being able to fill out forms online, always found that to take way too long during a first visit.
