I expected a regular, no-problem checkup and got a surprise discovery of problem requiring a crown. Immediately. Staff worked together to make this happen and to try to reassure a cranky, scared patient. I feel like a dope, but I know they will never treat me like a dope. And the crown seems fine, no surprises so far.
They took precautions and follow state guidelines due too the covid virus . I will good back .
I had a dental emergency and Jelissa could not have been more kind and accommodating. She had me in to see Dr Kandar and Dr Suri within hours. My care and treatment were outstanding. So much attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr Suri's work is excellent. Pricing reasonable and follow-up excellent. I highly recommend and will use for standard dental care and maintenance as well in the future.

I have been coming to Preferred dental for many years. The staff are always courteous and kind. My higenist-Irene does a great job everytime I come. I recently met Lin on my last visit and she was amazing too. During these very percular times, one would be wary of going to the dentist. But , they have managed to creat a really safe environment for patients and staffs. Although I moved to Jersey, I still come for my appointments because they are that good and wouldn't go anywhere else.
The cleaning that l came in for was done very well by Hygienist Lin . She did a very good job. Nothing was left out . Everything was done step by step the way it supposed to be done . What a great job.Since l have been getting cleaning done at the Preferred Dentals for the past three years , I will feel uncomfortable going elsewhere for that job.
