I had an amazing experience at File & Style. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. My nail tech was not only professional and punctual, but also incredibly attentive to detail. I came in with a nail design from Pinterest, and she executed it with precision—exactly as I envisioned it. What really stood out to me was her work ethic and dedication. I highly recommend File + Style!! I have been going there since Feb of 2021 so while not that long I will say its my favorite salon I have ever been to!! I go to school out in Hawaii and got mine done out there once and never again, I always find myself right back in the doors of this cute little place. The salon itself is very cute, clean, and the people there I have found are all very sweet! My first experience here was awesome. My second experience was like night and day. After a booking mishap on their site, my friend and I made it in for a Monday afternoon appointment. They charged me $105 for a pretty basic French manicure with a pretty basic design. My own nails, mind you, with hard gel. The worst part is the pedicure. She put like a weird cream to coat on top of the white and as you can see, 3 days later it's already chipping and janky. Ugh. I really wanted to like this place but I won't be back

It was my first time going to this salon & unfortunately I will never be back. Although I had a reservation, the service was extremely rushed & impersonal. I came in with Gel-X extensions that I reserved a soak-off service for. The nail tech rushed through the soak off process & I could see that a lot of the previous nail was not yet dissolved.
