Our experience at Dr. Fiktarz was awful, and he was absolutely terrible in handling an anxious child. I have since heard several other former patients reviews of him being an awful dentist and I wish I had known prior because I would have spared my toddler the terrible experience with him. He basically wanted to use his huge body to hold my screaming child down to count his teeth, and then reprimanded me when I picked my son up because he was crying so hard his face was red and he was terrified.
