First of all, all the ladies in the shop were incredibly lovely and welcoming, so right away I loved the place. I got my hair colored by Shauna and OMG!!! I am so in love with how it turned out. My hair is naturally rough, and I had some terrible color in it that Shauna fixed like it was nothing! She is phenomenal at what she does. If you want vivid colors done, she’s definitely your girl! Either way, one of the girls will be able to help with pretty much anything you need done. 100% recommend!

Shauna is amazing she went above and beyond my expectations❤️ and not only did I get amazingly beautiful hair but, I also got amazing hospitality from everyone at the figurehead for the 3 hours I got to sit in her chair 🙌 10/10 would recommend👏

Great place to get your smile back! They have so many services available, taking care of hair, skin and nails in one place is super convenient! I've always been able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. Shauna has been cutting and coloring hair for my whole family for years.
Went to Shauna to get some color done.. she fit me in last minute, she was efficient and did an excellent job! She made me aware my previous hair cut was off by about an inch, and made it right for me! The entire Figure Head “staff” are amazing people! Highly Recommend!
