I rented from a property managed by Figure 8 with Louis managing, and I have to say it was probably the best renting experience I've ever had. Maintenance requests were solved within a couple days tops whenever we put one in through the web portal and the contractors that came always went above and beyond. They didn't raise rent and were communicative about any changes. Paying rent was easy with auto-pay.
the worst property management to ever exist. extremely unprofessional and neglectful. i've called multiple times about my hot water not working as well as other complaints about my neighbors and havent gotten a response back. i cant wait until my lease is up
Extremely unprofessional, completely unresponsive, and negligent. I would avoid this property management at all costs. During our time living under Figure 8, we were left without hot water for nearly a month, times without water entirely, and the unit was in terrible condition. No consistent maintenance to the property, no security AT ALL, gate doesn’t lock or require a code. Management does not respond… at all. Figure 8 property management services consistently exhibit incompetence and disorganization. Even simple tasks such as meeting a city inspector, obtaining signed leases, or sending maintenance personnel to the correct property are consistently mishandled. Figure 8 property management is ran by crooks. Louise and his partner Adam Yokell are both liars who tried to con me out of my application fee money. I toured a unit with Adam and he informed me that the unit was available, at the showing Adam asked him how soon was I able to move and I told him immediately he then asked me if I was able to pay the $2,100 deposit amount, I told him yes I then applied for the unit online immediately the same day.
