Two words.....Bed Bugs. We notified the office manager and she sent the exterminator over two different times.
The residents and apartments are good. They are older apartments, but appear to be insulated, although the patio doors leak like a sieve. The office staff are horrible. Also, if you do not mind being misled and told that the price offered upon move-in is the actual rent you will pay, rather than a teaser rate, then you are good. Additionally, you should plan for your rent to increase by 14% over the next 3-4 years. Besides having spacious rooms, great storage and good sized kitchens, the greatest thing about this community is the people -- both staff and residents. This is truly a community not just an apartment complex. I have lived here for over 20 years. My apartment feels like a home and not just a temporary dwelling.
