we are there several times while in Columbus Oh., and the food was really good and the service was good. they make great omelets at their breakfast bar. will definitely be back when near another one.

Poor food quality! Was brought baked potato that was obviously hours old, when I told the server she brought me a new one that was obviously from the same batch. Then she said that one wasn't any better , they would have fresh ones in 7 minutes. Well my family was already done eating so it wasn't worth the wait. Would never go here again. If I want Max and Erma's I'll go to Sawmill Road. I will say that our server Nickie was a very good server. And her tip was not affected because I knew it wasn't her fault.
