Nice place
I’ve lived here for 2 years, and just signed my lease for my third! It’s a great place to live, and it’s so close to CMU! Jay and Gavin have been great, and I’ve never struggled with anything (specially since Jay took over)!
Moved here this summer from out of state to attend CMU. I looked at various apartments online which are near campus, though this one stood out. It has much higher reviews than many of the other nearby apartments. I couldn't travel to Pittsburgh ahead of time to look at apartments in-person, so I took a leap of faith and signed a lease here. Great location. I like being about to walk to the shops and restaurants in Craig St. The building is also very well maintained. Having laundry on site and a game room are great features.
