If you're on the board of an HOA, I'd think twice about hiring this company. We've been trying to get docs from them for sale of condo for weeks. They've delayed close now once and after taking two weeks off for holidays, they're still not responding to calls or emails. HOA board approved transfer at least weeks ago, so this is solely their negligence. We may lose our buyer because of them.
As a general contractor looking to collect payment from Nicole Anderson and not being able to get in touch with them as well as showing up to empty offices and never getting a call back, it has been frustrating.
