Who closes on Mother's Day?
Was going to meet my girlfriend's mother for the first time and drove 30 mins to get here only to find the store closed 10 minutes early. They even had the "open" sign still on. Extremely annoying and unprofessional.
I live out of state and have ordered flowers from Fife Flowers three times now. Everytime they have been very helpful during the ordering process. The second time I ordered flowers I sent in a hand made card to be delivered with the flowers. I asked them to call me when they got the card and they did. They also called me to reassure me that the card was delivered with the flowers. My girlfriend says the flowers are beautiful. Don't get your flowers from here. When you buy flowers it should be a fun, exciting, happy, experience. The language, rudeness, and professionalism was what i would think is embarrassing. Id rather order online and have no customer service or interaction than go here. Sad experience...
