You won't believe what we got locally. It was an older looking, established local Mexican restaurante, called Fiesta Guadalajara. The rice And beans were okay, but the chile relleno was a two egg omelet with a slice of canned green chile and an unmelted gob of cheese. The server said, "that's how they make them" there.

Extremely friendly and quick service. The food is outstanding! The entire menu is reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning. 🙂

Great Food and I can't wait to come back ... This is the first Mexican Restaurant I have had in 8 months when I moved here! I had the ground beef enchilada and the Shredded beef taco plate..I just love the gravy on the enchilada...
9 pm and kids running all around. Food was blah and meat had a tough texture. Slow service even though they were dead in there. Now we know why. Our first and last time.
Best service in Meridian. My family always feels so welcomed and taken care when we eat here! Highly recommended!
