Editorial fromThis authentic Mexican restaurant compels in-the-know locals to drive miles to the tiny eatery out in the country---the food is worth both the drive and the sometimes long wait for a table. Start with a beer or sangria and a sampler of…

One of my favorite places! The staff is so welcoming too!
The food absolutely delicious! The owner is so kind and friendly. Our favorite Mexican restaurant 😋
We're from Texas and this is really good Mexican food. Most of the others we've gone to locally are make believe Mexican.
I'm so glad that I Iive only a few minutes away from Fiesta Grill! This allows me to drop in frequently for lunch or dinner and introduce friends and family to their fabulous food. The homemade chips and salsa are so good I often pick them up to bring to parties. The chicken mole is the best I've ever tasted. The owners and wait staff are always happy to see you. No, this small restaurant is not for a long lingering meal, but worth the wait if they're crowded and you want delicious, authentic Mexican food!
Been going here for years. Chewie and Irene and their staff are wonderful hosts, and the food is great. The portions are more than adequate, even for a big guy like me. The chips and salsa are made fresh each day, and the food is well worth the little bit of a drive.
We have been coming to Fiesta Grill for years - love the food and the folks. Feels like family!
Best Mexican food around! Service is always amazing, we love it!
I’m a California native living in NC. This is the first Mexican restaurant that has been anything like what I’ve been craving. Is it better than your favorite place back in Huntington Beach, Ventura, or Fresno? No. But they use cilantro and lime, there’s no funky sweetness in their salsa, and their mole doesn’t just taste like brown salt paste. It would be like 3.5-4 stars in San Diego. But it’s 5 stars here. PS The carnitas taco is probably the best pork I’ve had since moving here. Definitely top three.
Great food. New lunch spot when we have to travel to Chapel Hill.
