I came in to get a new policy never had one before and my agent Jazmin was so helpful very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend to anyone trying to get the best cost insurance

I called earlier to get an estimate, and Jazmin answered the phone. I told her I was going to get the insurance and headed to the office. I arrived around 6:40 p.m., and the sign still said “open” (they close at 7:00). When I got there, no one answered, and when I called twice, no one picked up. Very unprofessional — bad experience as a first-time buyer trying to get insurance with them.
Awesome and quick experience adding a new car to my policy. Lulu was very friendly and helpful!
