They are okay
Apartment manager is very very rude and does not take care of issues, multiple pests and raises the rent frequently. Carpet had fleas on move in, took 4x bombing to kill them. Roaches are still infesting everything as well as mice and rats. Do not reccomend.
I reported several crimes by “meth maintenance man #2” and was told I couldn’t have cameras! Owner does not care about crime and protects criminals. The owner also DOES NOT follow the Fair Housing Act/American DisabilityAct but still receives section 8.
The dirtiest apartments I’ve ever seen receptionist was extremely rude and racist.
