I had an emergent situation where I had water coming from the attic on my ceiling. Called everyone in the google box and Fiers is the only one that showed up. Not even the company that installed my system. Thankfully it wasn’t a huge fix but it caused a lot of damage. I am so thankful for them and their response. Situation could have became way worse! Fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable!
I'm going to post only the facts. I used Fiers for years. For two years they came out each summer and put coolant in my AC. I didn't know this wasn't normal and they never indicated it was a problem. On the third year they put more in and charged us $600. A week later, it wasn't working. I called on a Friday and they said they would come Monday. Called right before closing and they were able to send out someone the next day to fix our broken AC. Got it up and running for a good price very quickly. 5/5 stars
