We had no heat , they came quickly and took care of the problem, would recommend if ur having problems.
We woke up the morning of the snowstorm and the house was around 50 degrees. Within minutes of calling Owen responded and working 30 minutes he was to the house and fixed the issue. Saved us from a miserable storm experience and possibly busted pipes. I have used fires several times for home and business and am consistently impressed with their customer service, promptness, and knowledge. They take care of their customers and I appreciate it. They have earned my business for sure.
