Tried every barber in Philly and no one compares to Maltin. He is incredibly skilled and doesn’t cut corners. He’ll spend the time necessary to make sure my hair looks perfect from every angle. I won’t go anywhere else.

I showed up with relatively long ish ( about 9 inches), was pretty specific about asking to keep the length and just reshape it some. ended up walking out with 4 inches remaining.

I don't like to post negative remarks but not impressed, should have known when questions were asked about how I wanted my hair cut, if faded, if cut at the top. Will not return. Barber was nice but I feel he didn't have much experience with women short styles. I even showed a picture of how it normally looks when cut.

The owner is a really friendly guy and knows how to give a great cut. I recommend him to any friends in the neighborhood. Great price, great cut and he’s fast

Don‘t quite understand the positive reviews here. The owner made me feel like he didn’t want me to become his customer. He completely cut against my will and the result is just poor quality. My hair grows fast, so I‘ll be fine in a week, but if you are looking for a more complex haircut, stay away from this saloon.
