Been going here for about 3 years! Always have a fresh cut when I’m done! Honestly the negative reviews don’t add up so don’t believe them! I’ve always had a positive experience! I always get compliments when I get my hair cut here so look no further! This barbers in this shop are absolute GOATS!
Not a pleasant experience. Made me feel alienated from the get go. Sat me facing away from the mirror, and when I asked to face the mirror to see what was happening, he took offense. Missed a bunch of the area he was supposed to cut, and never showed me the back before I got out of the chair. Not worth $45
Tried every barber in Philly and no one compares to Maltin. He is incredibly skilled and doesn’t cut corners. He’ll spend the time necessary to make sure my hair looks perfect from every angle. I won’t go anywhere else.
Every visit is different. Every service is always great. Precise cuts. Another great haircut experience. He is great at conversation even when you are sometimes not always not a great listener. I remember Malt asked me about the hot towel. Expected a response and mines was not in response to how great the hot towel feels, because I was distracted at the time. But feels really nice. Appreciate you allowing me to pay in advance. Glad you welcome me back
I don't like to post negative remarks but not impressed, should have known when questions were asked about how I wanted my hair cut, if faded, if cut at the top. Will not return. Barber was nice but I feel he didn't have much experience with women short styles. I even showed a picture of how it normally looks when cut.
