We have used Fieldtech extensively in the past, however, our last 2 items we sent in went horribly wrong. First we asked if they could repair a radar screen due to lamination. They said yes, we sent it in and then was told they are unable to fix it because the screen was laminated (the reason we sent the item in) we were then stuck with the choice of buying a new model from them or eating the bench test fee.
