I would not do business with this company unless they're is no other option. I bought a servo rebuilt and it turned out I did not need it. Called to return and they said as long as it was'nt installed or opened, it's OK. Never installed or opened the plastic. 2000 dollars for the part. They sent me 700.00 back and said that's it when I called to question for nearly 4 weeks, multiple times. If I had known in the beginning, I would have just kept the part.

We have used Fieldtech extensively in the past, however, our last 2 items we sent in went horribly wrong. First we asked if they could repair a radar screen due to lamination. They said yes, we sent it in and then was told they are unable to fix it because the screen was laminated (the reason we sent the item in) we were then stuck with the choice of buying a new model from them or eating the bench test fee.
