Looks are deceiving, you can hear your neighbors, cheap appliances, many tenants will not pick up after their dogs and mngr has done nothing, that is not including all the goose shit. I really thought these were top of the line by the looks, but not.
The building is built cheaply and therefore is noisy, because there is no gypcrete between floors or they did a loosy job of gluing the subfloor, if they even tried, I hear the upstairs tenants as they walk the apt. or move furniture. Every time they flush I hear it in my walls because there is improper insulation or non at all. The lighting in the kitchen is so inadequate and the laundry room has no light.
