This place use to be decent. Like many others I was deceived, at renewal Summer 2020 is when this place really went downhill. Continual issues with my monthly billing, inconsistent communication during COVID shutdown, thank God I wasn’t on autopay as they tried to charge me hundreds of extra dollars in false garage rentals months after a garage cancellation. Charging me $1600 just to break my lease whereas when I moved in I specifically asked about that and Debbie told me I would only pay $760 if I wanted to break my lease . And on top of that I still got charged for the whole month of January & feb when am not even in the apartment anymore. Also the internet sucked and I barely made it out of my last semester in college due to the slow internet. After living there for 3 years I would not recommend anyone to live there . Am glad I moved out ! Just stay away from this place.

RecommendedI have loved living at Fieldstream! All the staff have been wonderful. I can’t say how much I love my view sitting on my couch watching the geese and ducks. I have enjoyed seeing baby geese and even a Blueheron yesterday!
Fieldstream apartments are great if you live on the top floor. If you live below, you'll hear nothing but stomping upstairs all day and night. You'd think they might insulate better, for how expensive the apartments are, but they don't, and they tell you to deal with it. You're paying for the pool, the pond and the exercise room, and that's it. If you live here, buy really good ear plugs for when you sleep at night.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this place! The manager, Dan, is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. I've lived here for 3 years and never had any problems or complaints with management or anyone before. Before moving out I spoke to an older woman(I believe her name is Debbie) at the office and expressed to her my concern about having only one copy of each of the keys.
