Seriously, the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and this coming from someone who has major traumatic dental history! From the moment I called to make my appointment until we left, the staff was so professional, kind and accommodating! They went out of their way to contact multiple of my previous and current providers on my behalf to get all of the important information they needed to give me the best care possible. My team and I absolutely love Dr. Fields and his staff! I am a general dentist, and have referred patients to him for years. He does exceptional work, and teaches other doctors around the world in ceramic implants. He makes the implant process seamless for my patients and for me. I look forward to referring to him for years to come!
Worse experience ever! Beware of his surgical services. Implant placed by him. Had trouble one week out and he was out of country without professional coverage. Implant fell out 5 weeks later and he was still out of country according to his office for a total of six weeks. No professional back up available This implant was not an emergency. He never conveyed to me that he would be unavailable for 6 weeks and no coverage available. If so, I would have looked elsewhere for an elective implant.
