Lived here for years and it’s great the landlords are super nice and I’ve never had a problem 10/10 sad to leave
I lived here for about 4 years and loved it! The staff was always very friendly, personable, and answered any maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and maintained very well. If that wasn't enough, this is probably the best location for your money that you will find in the Peoria area. If I didn't have to move for work, I would have loved to stay for even longer. Highly, highly recommend!
I had interviewed for a duplex here. For starters, the old lady who gave me the keys said she likes this area “because there aren’t a lot of those foreigners around here.” Pretty gross comment. But I explained the situation at my last apartment and how I could not renew my lease over a disagreement with my last apartment complex over maintenance requests. I had a friend that lived here for years and I loved to go visit. It's nice clean and quiet. Really hope a get a call soon about my application. I really would love for this to be me and my sons new home
I lived here two separate times for multiple years. I loved it so much and I never had any issues. Maintenance was always prompt and respectful and I felt very safe in my home! These duplexes are such a hidden gem!
