I was suppose to get a delivery of oil on Wednesday Jan 17, 2018. The snow storm had prevented the delivery. I have a long up hill driveway that had not been plowed in the middle of the storm. I said to the driver (who choose to walk up the driveway) that that was fine I would have the driveway plowed and sanded and would see him on Friday. It was always Fieldings policy that if you were not delivered on the day you were suppose to then they would full fill the order the next time they were in the area. I ordered oil 12/28/17 and received a delivery confirmation email for delivery in 12/30/2017. I My credit Card was billed in full. We call were put on hold until they closed. Had to then call their answering service multiple times and were told trucks were still delivering wait a couple hours and call back. We called and we were told they would call the manager, the Manager.said the webpage isn't always accurate... what that had to do with me getting billed and not getting.my oil DELIVERED when they said they would via email... read more

As for the answering service, they are a third party filter for emergencies only after hours.
