This company is a JOKE. They don't fill your tank with amount they "say" their putting in your tank. They embellish paperwork and lie. Then when I call to complain 100 gallons of oils gone in 19 days? Are you insane? Your customer service is the worst I've ever had. The woman from billing stated " I'm number 2 in this company and you will never talk to an owner about me I'll never give them the message to call you" then she began to berate me. Long story not worth sharing all the details. Essentially this company does not take customer service seriously. Unprofessional on the phone, swears, was rude. **** told me I couldn't fill my tank halfway due to policy changes. I'd been doing it that way for a year so that was confusing. After our call she called back and explained she was wrong after having told me "I'm not going to argue with you sir", the second I expressed confusion about the policy change. Fielding's Oil Company is the WORST oil company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am not and have never been a customer. They informed me in May that they had mistakenly delivered 150 gallons to my address back in December. I use a different company and Fielding's most definitely did NOT deliver any oil to my apartment. They are trying to force me to pay them $300 dollars for a product I never received. Fielding's Oil has the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I've never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and rude manner in my entire life (and I worked retail for 10+ years) by not one but TWO associates (Kim and Noni). I've given them thousands of dollars over the past 5+ years, and will never give them another dime. If I could give them zero stars I would. I've read the reviews for this company on multiple different sites, and A LOT of people had the same customer service issues as me. I'm baffled... read more

Need to be billed by mail as my slips have blown out of door causing me to pay late with a substantial late charge. Recently I had a delivery on November 28,2018. Bill arrived by mail on December 15,2018, also due date with late charge as part of Bill. Postmarked December December 12th. I suggest unethical billing practices. Will not pay late charge, will change provider. Have notified company via certified mail. Very unprofessional and rude customer service representative. ***** ********* ********* **

I've been a customer for 10 years, had them service my gas furnace, replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. Furnace still didn't work, they refused to send a tech to fix what they screwed up. Hired a local burner tech who had the furnace up and running within ten minutes. No longer a customer.
