Nicole ( the manager ) is so nice an helpful, i leased here after looking at many other apartments an the reason i decided to to lease at the Rise is because of Nicole is very professional an personable , so glad i leased here.!!!! Don't move here. Boyfriend was supposed to move in today. The manager was almost an hour late when they're supposed to open at 10 (how professional), she gave him a key that didn't work TWICE. When we went to the office for the 3rd time, she wasn't even there. Got to work at 10:45, gone before 12. No one answers the phone, still no key. The Apartment was gross, there's no parking. No mailbox key. Definitely NOT worth the price. I'm sure the worst is yet to come.Β
These apartments are jokes there trash at first itβs all nice good and gravy but thatβs just to get you in there then there true colors come out. The office people are fakes and fronts they play the role of being professional and there far from it donβt rent at this complex. All these reviews are from people who first move in ask them how itβs going now!!!! TJ from corporate is just as janky as the women he hires! They run $99 move in specials all the time just to keep there units occupied. They will literally approve anybod...Β read more
