My patient was up all night again because of people at the pool after 10pm
DO NOT MOVE HERE they moved me i stayed in 120 they moved me in the apartment saying it was ready the apartment wasn’t ready. My dishwasher had mildew in it when i moved in so i had to throw all my dishes away, everytime rent got paid my air messed up come to find out someone was unplugging my ac unit outside. One of my patients lives at Rise West Arlington. They finally opened the pool, but it's open 24/7, they don't close it or clean it. I personally witnessed a grown woman using the pool net to get POOP out of the pool WHILE OTHERS WERE USING IT!!! Returned a swimsuit for the 2nd time!!! This place is trash.
I currently live here and to say the least I am working with a lawyer to break my lease. I moved in a unit that was infested with rats. I noticed the noise within the first week but thought it was the ac making the noise until I listened carefully and looked under the kitchen sink and it was filled with rat droppings. I am a resident here since April1, 2026 . I was given a sheet of paper with property letterhead with my rent starting at $890 with fees in total $1095, which is still too much. I have yet to pay less than $1219 monthly. I have a 1 bedroom. Neighbors smoke marijuana all day long and it wreaks into my apartment all day. Not very recommended by me.DO NOT RENT HERE.
