Not right! – Hey I just got to checking reviews on the place I live. I must say a couple of these just are not right. I do not appreciate them being slammed unfairly. This is where I live and I love it! I work downtown and just got out of school. I have had some great times here over the past several years. I must agree with brent2011, the manager and maintenance staff are professional and quick to solve any issues I may have, but I've had very few. Very convenient... – I work at the hospital, so this is a very convenient place for me to live. I can walk to work if necessary! I have been living here a little over a year and my experience has been very pleasant. The manager and maintenace personel are quick to respond if I have a maintenance problem and really seem to care about the residents. I am always recommending this place to co-workers because it is so close to the hospital and very well priced.
AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE!! – I have lived at Altavia/Fielden & Rothermel Properties for many years now. My apartment is very close to my job, and the staff has always been very friendly to me. What I like the most about the apartments is I have never had to wait more than a couple of days to get something fixed. sadly i rent from one of your properties – DON"T RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have lived at your property of highland ave near 23st in knoxville for 9months. Thumbs down for the Fort Sanders location of Fielden and Rothermel – There are people leaving their facilities because their skills of managing them are quite poor. They can't handle the fact people could soon know about this, and so to save their reputation, they quickly look for a scapegoat to blame their problems on. This is to save face for them and cover up the reality that they are trying to keep hidden from public disclosure.
