They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this pediatrician friendly? Polite Enough Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them!

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
