Best eye dr visit I've had in ten years. I am thankful to have access to Dr. Field. The office staff are friendly, polite and efficient. I experienced zero wait time for my appointment, the office staff and Dr. Field were knowledgable, professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Field Eye Care & Dr. Field.
Been going here for years! Best Dr. I've been to! I was having awful eye allergies and had issues with my cornea and I had literally gone through my last pair of contacts. Not only was she able to help me resolved my eye situation but she was kind enough to give me some samples of contacts since my news ones were some odd kind that costco didn't have on hand and were going to have to order! Awful! I was scheduled for an appointment, showed up and was told that they scheduled it on the wrong day. Instead of providing good customer service and just seeing me that day, they told me that they were just too busy to see me. Even after explaining that I had paid for babysitter to keep my children so I could come to this appointment, the girl at the front desk was very cold and uncaring!
