The staff was busy, but they were professional and courteous. I was not kept waiting and my appointment proceeded in an appropriate amount of time. everyone knew what they were doing and kept me informed of what they were doing. Dr. Field was kind, knew my name and had knowledge of my previous visits and the status of referrals previously made. It was obvious that she had done her homework. as in the past I believed she cared about my care and vision. I would gladly return for future care.
The South was kind of cold but I think that's the generation today the doctor was very pleasant

Everyone on staff was very Friendly & professional. Liked all the pictures of the glasses models. Quick, efficient & very pleased first time customer. Could not have been better. Saw the Lady who had appointment before me later inside Costco. We both had a nothing but good to say. Good job everyone!
I caution anyone wanting to use this place. I was told that what ever VSP wouldn’t cover then my medical insurance would cover the rest. Well, received a call today saying that I owed them $112.00 because my insurance company wouldn’t cover it. This was supposed to be approved before I got my diabetic exam. The funny thing is that all the exam does is dialate your eyes and then send the report to your doctor. After further research other optometrist only charge $59.00 for a diabetic exam. Me and my family will not be back.
Great costumer service and the doctor is so sweet!!
